I love the work I do - It is all about people but it is also so varied. I assessed graduates looking to start a career in the police, meaning our country is safe, and changing the cycle of crime in vulnerable communities. I designed assessment exercises for a large energy company to support with their graduate and apprentice recruitment meaning the country has a constant energy supply. I designed recruitment processes for large consultancy organisations, that support businesses become more efficient with their operations. I assessed for the financial regulator, supporting the organisation that ensures best practices to protect consumers and ensure viable financial businesses. I love that in a real sense I am making a difference.
