Manage of all information technology assets of the firm by tracking, monitoring and reporting on the value of each component of the firm’s overall IT infrastructure. Serve as the firm’s liaison to our data center provider ensuring the best services.Inherit, own and maintain the tactical configuration, maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure in the Boston office. Ensure that the ad-hoc IT-related requests of executive management, sales and marketing are addressed in a timely and professional manner. On a monthly basis, lead a senior management level risk assessment meeting to report on the corporate and information security risks that have been mitigated versus those that are outstanding. Work with and advise DevOps Administrators to address capacity planning and information security protection for growing customer and product environments within data center providers. Audit DevOps Administrators to measure and report compliance with information technology program, risk management practices, and data security standards.
