Worked with faculty, parents, and trustees to develop a cogent, unified vision for a vibrant future in parallel to these efforts-Created fellowship teacher-training and amplified internship programs with Fitchburg State University to build a talent pipeline and increase diversity-Successfully conducted a capital campaign during the pandemic and exceeded the original goal by a third-Secured funds through financing and philanthropy to renovate two dormitories and an academic building-Modified the necessary institutional operating systems (human and process) to be adaptive and humanistic. The outcome is a school climate that is firmly centered on the students’ experience-Prioritized student wellness by increasing student support services and opportunities for students to connect with adults and each other through new advising, clubs, and all-school meeting programs-Talented recruiter and cultivator of adult human potential.
