I have a proven track record of building and mentoring sales teams, leading to exceptional financial results. A passion for seeing sales professionals develop has kept me motivated to continue growing in my career for more than 20 years. Additionally, I have strong experience in marketing and public relations, working closely with chefs at my hotels to create special events to attract local press coverage. Positioning these chefs as experts in our market helped to garner spots on local television stations as well as coverage in newspapers, magazines, and online. One special project I helped to develop was a \"Chef in the Schools\" program, which was hugely successful in educating local students about healthy, tasteful eating, and was covered extensively by the local media. Additionally, I have enjoyed partnering with other local tourism and industry organizations including Minneapolis Northwest Tourism, the Bloomington Convention and Visitors\' Bureau, and Meet Minneapolis to help drive business not only for my organization\'s benefit, but for the community as a whole. My philosophy is to make our clients feel good about doing business with me and my team. It is my job to make my clients look good and achieve their goals, while having fun and developing lasting relationships.
