The headline says it all, but here’s the story behind it. After years in aviation maintenance, where operations, precision, deadlines, and problem-solving were non-negotiable, I realized it was time for a change. Granted, I still enjoy the challenge of making complex things run smoothly, but I knew I wanted to take those skills somewhere new. With that said, I’m curious, adaptable, and energized by roles that mix organization with people. I’m drawn to operations across travel, events, administrative support, the outdoor industry, and sports, admittedly, it’s hard to pick just one field. The common thread is creating seamless, memorable experiences for people, which is what excites me most. To build on this and specialize further, I’m currently focusing on the sports industry, diving into coursework that strengthens my skills in sports operations and fan experiences. At the end of the day, here’s what I’ve learned: I figure it out, I make it happen, and I make sure it works for everyone involved.
