In first year, implemented HRIS system, new payroll system, performance management and goal system, automated onboarding system and stock management program. While building HR foundation, simultaneously recruited and increased workforce by over 200%, created and executed performance and compensation review cycle, employee engagement survey and benefits open enrollment. Leveraged automation and systems to minimize headcount in HR and free up resources to focus on value-add activities. Responsible for all aspects of people operations strategy including compensation & benefits strategy, recruiting, employer branding, performance management, engagement, DEIA, payroll, talent management and employee development.
