Support state and local education agencies in scaling up evidence-based practices-Lead the identification of K-12 evidence-based literacy interventions-Provide technical assistance to school districts and other educational agencies in developing and implementing action plans for improving student outcomes-Provide coaching to Regional MTSS Literacy Leads and Coaches on MTSS implementation-Design and deliver professional learning targeted toward key needs-Build or identify tools and resources to assist schools in improving data-based decision-making practices.Conduct research and evaluation on topics in literacy, MTSS implementation, implementation science, and de-implementation of ineffective practices-Design and lead implementation reviews of MTSS framework-Design research and evaluation plans for school districts, nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, and community organizations-Work with clients to develop research-based proposals for grants and projects including logic models, methods design, and literature reviews-Prepare written and oral reports or research and evaluation results-Coordinate projects and project staff.
