I embody adventure, connection, and presence with a passion. My journey affords me a unique perspective. I got my start in travel and tourism school with an agency internship before earning my dietetics degree, but made a career out of creating, communicating, and collaborating in the education industry, layering in years of service in the hospitality business, and teaching yoga and pilates around the world and in-studio. It\'s kept me hard-working, humble, and present.
