I have a passion for listening and learning. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Instructional Designer, Ghost Writer, and Training Consultant. My expertise is in the areas of adult learning, staff and organizational development, crisis intervention and response, child and adolescent mental health, and suicide prevention. I\'ve had the honor of working with many great organizations, including the US Marine Corps Center for Learning and Faculty Development, the FDIC, the US Air Force, Salesforce, SPS Commerce, Roche Diagnostics, Sanofi, New York Life, Bayer, the US Patents and Trades Office, New Jersey Department of Children and Families, New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission, New Mexico Children, Youth, and Families Department, Georgia Department of Families and Youth, the New Hampshire National Guard, and the US Transportation Security Administration among many others. Author of two published novels and ghost author of one non-fiction work in progress.
