Draft and implement Release, Portfolio and Change Management processes/procedures and update as needed for efficiency and/or quality control; Administer Change Control process for program modifications and new requirements; Collaborate with customers to determine change requirements and business needs; Manage Project Portfolio of over 700 change items based on prioritization from cradle to grave using ServiceNow; Coordinate all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (end-to-end); Establish and foster relationship with customer’s Project Management Office and serve as primary liaison for Release/Portfolio/Change Management activities; Plan and manage Change monthly release schedules, scope and deployment; Assess issues/conflicts and determine resolution; Monitor incidents post production and perform root cause analysis for identified defects; Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet customer satisfaction goals/expectations; Provide reports and presentations to internal/external leadership.
