As part of the Learning & Development team providing solutions for our performance transformation, I have been leading a project developing a curriculum with learning and practice activities focused on courageous and candid conversations. This curriculum will be deployed globally and translated into 10 languages.I co-lead the Learning Community of Practice. In this community, we share learning practices, projects, as well as learning about the different learning departments.Learning & Development Specialist, Sr State Auto Insurance (purchased by Liberty Mutual Insurance)I collaborate with Strategic Business Partners and Business Unit Leaders to provide meaningful learning experiences that help associates learn and grow.My passion is helping others learn how to take control of their career, establish mentor partners and write an effective professional development plan. I am using my expertise in this area to bring new workshops and resources to our associates and leaders.
