The majority of my time in this role has consisted of communications and problem-solving with government and regulatory bodies, current and prospective customers, internal teams, and industry partners. I have enjoyed the task of researching, preparing, and delivering testimony to elected officials and government committees. Providing expert insight to legislative members to move objectives forward is very rewarding.Guiding company employees and customer employees through required licensure steps provides me with valuable understanding of regulation implementation and the challenges faced by working citizens based on demographics, internet access, and transportation.Successfully working together with other leaders to create a welcoming atmosphere in the Pennsylvania headquarters, which formerly housed my previous employer, for all employees. Forming new relationships with longtime J&J employees has been a great experience.
