As the HR Director for the DNA Doe Project, she applies her background in organizational development to support the volunteers and professionals working to restore names to unidentified individuals. With author Tonia Bales, she co-wrote When You See It: How I Outsmarted and Outlasted Dirty John, a narrative offering clarity and encouragement for those entangled in complex legal systems and deceptive relationships.
