I’m a Learning & Product Enablement leader who builds scalable education and knowledge systems that actually improve how people work. I design onboarding, support training, and self-service experiences, with a focus on measurable outcomes like time-to-proficiency, resolution quality, and knowledge adoption. I spend a lot of my time helping teams turn legacy knowledge into something usable and repeatable.At heart, I’m a practical optimizer. I like figuring out how things should work and then building the structure to make it happen. I’m collaborative, data-minded, and quietly persistent about improving systems rather than just patching problems.Outside of work, that same energy shows up in softer ways: planning home projects, knitting while listening to audiobooks, and organizing family or neighborhood traditions. I’m happiest when things feel thoughtful, welcoming, and just a little bit better than they were before.
