As a Financial Services Executive who\'s passionate about building and sustaining the wealth of our communities, I believe it’s possible to build businesses that drive profit and purpose. I focus on finding simple solutions to complex problems. I enjoy making work easier through innovation and continuous process improvement. I’m particularly skilled at mitigating regulatory and other risks to strategically balance risk and reward.With strong business acumen across multiple disciplines, I can build and run financial services businesses that achieve long-term growth. Specifically, I can pair my front-office expertise in wealth management and investment products with strong business controls and risk management. I have a proven track record of success in regulatory implementation and business controls that speaks to my passion for responsible growth.One of my top priorities is helping clients and colleagues thrive in work and life. I do this work through action-oriented leadership that focuses on people first. As the Executive Sponsor of the Parents & Caregivers Employee Resource Group (ERG), we proactively provide resources for our colleagues and communities with caregiving responsibilities. Our programs range from 1-on-1 support for new parents or caregivers to firm-wide discussions on topics such as college planning or caregiver mental health. Advocacy is a central pillar of my leadership style. I believe in servant leadership as a means to building a sustainable business. I’ve coached diverse teams and proactively brought their individual thought leadership to the table through transparency and respect. The secret ingredient that brings all the flavors of my achievements together is my empathy towards my colleagues and clients. Putting people first allows me to add their strengths to the recipe for success in business outcomes. I see myself putting my experience to good use in driving positive changes in financial services that benefit our clients and communities.
