Private fundraising revenue grew by 80% in five years.• Facilitate the agency’s major grant writing efforts and developed the proposal awarded $7 million from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, which increased Champions revenues by more than 20% and diversified the funding portfolio.• Create employee engagement strategies to increase employee satisfaction, reduce employee turnover and create a workplace of choice for employees. Employees reporting very or extreme satisfaction grew from 69% to 86%; Employee Net Promoter Score rose from 31 to 75.• Lead the preparation and maintenance of the accreditation process by remaining cognizant of industry best practices, risk prevention and management and quality improvement change management systems• Serve as media and community spokesperson.
