Amy is a personal and professional development coach, facilitator and trainer passionate about enabling people to reach their potential. She is committed to continuous learning and development and can often be found attending workshops and training that add to her knowledge and skill set.Amy lives in the Cambridgeshire countryside with her two (approaching teen years) children. When not juggling the demands of a busy family life alongside work, she enjoys supporting her local secondary school through the PTA, long walks, time out in nature (not so much in the winter – her preference then would be a good book in front of an open fire) and has now reached an “improver level” in line dancing (quirky I know!).
