ABOUT AMY GREEN
I have over 15 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and love helping organisations find the right people for the right roles. I’m a proactive Recruitment Leader who enjoys building strong relationships and creating positive hiring experiences.In my current role as Talent Partner at the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA), I work closely with teams to plan and deliver successful recruitment campaigns. My goal is to make sure we have the right skills, values, and behaviours in place when we need them. I also get involved in shaping strategies, policies, and processes to keep things running smoothly.Over the years, I’ve solved plenty of recruitment challenges by introducing new policies, processes, and systems. These changes have improved inclusivity, boosted competitiveness, and helped organisations retain their top talent and specialist skills.I’m passionate about employment and diversity, and I believe everyone should feel comfortable bringing their authentic self to work. I also have lived experience of disability—Bell’s Palsy and Synkinesis—which drives my commitment to creating inclusive workplaces
