Partner with CSO Hub development team to launch BSO onboarding experience. Act as the representative for BSO to provide business requirements and completed testing with team to ensure requirements are met. • Managed Partner Offboarding for the BSO team and led project to completion.• Manage BSO ROB and acted as liaison between the CSO Business Managers and the BSO team to bring actions and updates to the team.• Created and maintain the BSO Walking deck with information on the team and updated goals and KPIs.• Maintained all distribution lists for the larger BSO organization to ensure communications were being sent to the correct groups. • Lead quarterly Community Calls. Tasks include, but are not limited to, speaker line up, agenda, deck build, notes and follow up, feedback forms etc. • Own the build out of quarterly communication, Tone from the Top, and Monthly BSO Newsletter, BSO Bulletin.• Create best practices and workflow excellence that supports continuous process efficiency and KPI improvements for Outsourced Team.• Coordinate quarterly surveys for KPI measurement for Outsourced Team.• Lead monthly business review (MBR) meetings with Microsoft stakeholders regarding the Outsourced Agreement.• Manage peer-to-peer training of processes and tools to ensure continuity in knowledge and bridge any gaps that occur due to attrition.• Process improvement – help identify ways in making tooling or processes more efficient.
