I collaborate with our elite brokers to differentiate our advisory services and help win new business across a variety of commercial sectors such as: industrial, insurance, telecommunications, ESG, legal and more. DELIVERED RESULTS: Secured a new Fortune 500 industrial client with a 24.3M-square-foot real estate portfolio across 330 global sites by building quality relationships based on a depth of industry knowledge and analytical agility that rapidly addressed the company’s gaps in decision support applications and advisory, ultimately securing all of the company’s real estate, portfolio management, and location-based analytical services. Drove pricing strategy, resulting in a new consulting revenue stream by creating transparent, customized cost solutions that built trust, credibility, and long-term traction across the internal analytical team in alignment with client demands.
