I’m a global HR business leader whose strength and resilience have been shaped by an incredible journey through complex and ever-changing business environments. My leadership approach is built on a solid foundation from Kraft Foods, my MBA in Change Management and numerous Private Equity experiences. By working in corporate America, I have learned the importance of process, operational excellence and the impact of career development. My Masters in Change Management and business experiences has allowed me to thrive in moments of transformation, including growth, mergers, restructuring, or culture shifts. In the Private Equity space, I’ve built efficient, scalable HR functions from the ground up while serving as a strategic partner across finance, sales, manufacturing, and technology—functions integral to achieving business objectives and results.I approach every assignment with a focus on aligning HR strategy with business goals, building agile teams, and modernizing HR infrastructure. I am pragmatic, tech-forward, and financially astute, always aimed at aligning HR strategy with business goals, building agile teams, and accelerating performance through people.Continuous learning is central to who I am—whether mentoring emerging leaders, raising three teenagers, or stepping into the classroom as a new faculty member at DePaul University to give back by teaching and inspiring the next generation of business leaders. A few years ago, I even took up ice hockey in my 40s, channeling my love of figure skating into a fast-paced, strategic sport that challenges me physically and mentally.For me, growth never stops—it simply evolves.
