Participate in program meetings, including data presentation and experiment planning· Conduct in vivo lysate preparations for multiple tissue types for quantification via ELISA and western blotting· Maintain human endothelial cell lines (h/CMECd3); some work with other cell lines (HEK,293, bEND.3, hBMVEC, cBMVEC) · In vitro assay optimization and development for internalization, depletion, EC50 and transcytosis assays for quantification via Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and ELISA respectively · In vitro lysate preparation· Analytical size exclusion chromatography to determine purity of samples· Stain and image brain sections using immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry techniques· Work with animal care team to assist in mouse perfusion & tissue collection· Assist in onboarding new team members (Staff scientists, Interns, etc.) by training them on relevant protocols· Manage stock, including invoices, ordering, shipping, and receiving, for the program· Analysis through use of Excel, GraphPad Prism and FlowJo· Ensure all hazardous waste is collected & labeled correctly for entire lab as a Lab Safety Officer
