ABOUT AMY MCNAMARA

My career has evolved from organizing and advocacy to directing nonprofit programs, working as a funder, and leading my own consulting practice. Along the way, I have always given back to my community by serving my local library, wrenching in the bike kitchen, or building my local community foundation.I am driven, organized, and detail oriented. I thrive in ambiguous environments and am adept at facilitating groups and resolving conflicts. I have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective strategies and programs as well as leading teams working on community-driven solutions.
