Reduced open, active bugs by 30% in 2022-Led cross-functional team to align deliverables between UI/UX requirements and integration/data mapping between new workflow application, policy admin systems, automated data extraction and legacy systems within landscape-Orchestrated and facilitated delivery of regular sprints and showcases to business SMEs, executive leaders and other project stakeholders-Led successful train-the-trainer sessions and User Acceptance Testing resulting in seamless user adoption.
