About Amy Cook Fisher

Amy Cook Fisher is the senior director of operations at Paycom, an online payroll and human resource software provider based in Oklahoma City. After beginning her career at Paycom as a payroll specialist in 2002, she served in numerous leadership positions in Operations, Client Experience and New Client Setup. Amy has successfully grown and developed team members through Paycom’s leadership initiatives. She has been instrumental in developing Paycom Services Department processes and now uses her expertise to lead client experience operations with an emphasis on servant leadership and integrity.Amy established the Amy and Jon Fisher Foundation with the goal to give in ways that contribute meaningful change and experiences for others. The foundation aims to promote the improvement of the education, health and well-being of individuals, access to institutions of higher learning, and participation in Greek letter organizations within Oklahoma and elsewhere by providing contributions, grants and scholarships in support thereof.Amy earned her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University. While in college, she was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and remains an active participant as a trustee of the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. She earned the Woman of the Year Award from OKC Panhellenic in 2008.
