Along the way, I help leaders boost engagement, retention, diversity, productivity, and patient experience—all while reducing stress on the teams who make it happen.I’m a roll-up-my-sleeves, get-it-done kind of person. If I don’t know how, I figure it out. Turning ideas into action is my superpower, and solving complex problems with others energizes me. With experience across sales, marketing, and training & development, I’ve held roles from Senior Director of Franchise Development to Manager of Training & Development, earning awards such as President’s Club and building systems that deliver results.Outside work, I stay active, explore creative projects, and cheer on my two incredible sons. I also serve as Fundraising Chair on the board of the Brave Like Me Foundation, advocating for children with complex medical conditions.I thrive on collaboration, purposeful networking, and connecting with people who are passionate about making work—and life—better. In healthcare settings, they elevate the experience for patients and families while supporting the clinicians and caregivers who serve them.My work focuses on understanding each organization’s priorities and translating them into concierge programs and technology that create meaningful value. I collaborate closely with executive and senior leaders to ensure these solutions align with business goals, strengthen workforce well-being, and enhance the overall experience people have with their organization.I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations such as Providence Health, Northwestern Mutual, Fifth Third Bank, Yale New Haven Health, and GE Aerospace, helping them launch, scale, and refine concierge programs that deliver measurable results.At their best, these programs do more than provide convenience—they reduce stress, remove barriers, and help organizations create environments where employees, patients, and families feel genuinely supported.
