With 20+ years in financial services across traditional banking and fintech, I lead cross-functional risk programs that strengthen credit underwriting, compliance, and governance frameworks. My current role as Senior Program Manager in Risk Business Operations sits at the intersection of credit, fraud, compliance, and product, partnering closely with sponsor banks and internal risk leaders to ensure we scale responsibly. My focus is decision oversight across credit and fraud policy, CIP/KYC strategy, and risk controls that balance approval expansion with disciplined loss management. Throughout my tenure, I\'ve built reliable partnerships across credit, fraud, compliance, engineering, and data science teams with a unique ability to translate complex analysis into clear frameworks, whether that’s within our internal teams, external partners, or executive leadership.
