I have over 15 years of experience in hospital administration and organizational leadership, a Doctorate of Health Administration, a Master\'s Degree in Healthcare Administration, a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Management, along with numerous national awards and certifications.My professional skills include managing, coaching, and directing service excellence programs including process improvement teams and cross-organizational continuous improvement efforts. I have expertise in managing and improving the patient experience, including ensuring compliance with CAHPS and other surveys. In addition, I am well-versed in cancer accreditation methods, guidelines, and recommendations for TJC, as well as chest pain, stroke, and low-dose CT lung cancer accreditation and processes. I am familiar with a variety of national database systems, healthcare software and technologies, as well as healthcare legislation and regulations.I aspire to empower and support healthcare professionals and clinicians in their efforts to deliver exceptional care to the community, with a focus on patient-centeredness and compassion.    Educate undergraduate, graduate, and terminal degree candidates in the areas of healthcare administration, health care management, public health, and healthcare organizational leadership. In charge of managing the online learning management system (LMS) for the courses I teach, using Moodle. This includes course materials, virtual chats, discussion boards, online tests, and exams, research projects, as well as academic guidebooks. It is my responsibility to follow the grading guidelines and turn in official grades for every course I teach at the end of each term. I am tasked with developing and implementing lesson plans that support student learning, stimulate dialogue in the classroom, and keep students interested. I am in charge of creating course syllabuses that include information on participant engagement, academic assistance, evaluation and assessment policies, instructional techniques, course objectives, and descriptions. I evaluate students\' assignments and maintain course-related documentation. I keep up a high standard of instruction, research, and departmental and university service.
