Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats in the world of human resources: recruiter, generalist, and now senior HR generalist. Along the way, I’ve developed a love for all things employee relations, performance management, and process improvement.Right now, I work at Encore Electric, where I support employees and leaders through everything from coaching and investigations to HRIS implementation and policy updates.
