   Manage the full candidate life cycle: attract, select, interview, and negotiate offers to close candidates. Source externally and network to find technical and non-technical candidates of all experience levels. I am accomplished at filling both technical and non-technical roles (i.e, Director level, accounting, human resources, marketing, go to market and sales). I have developed a critical eye for finding the right candidates by engaging hiring managers to fully understand their unique needs. I monitor progress against recruiting goals by ensuring data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (greenhouse). Ability to manage candidate communications and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process by connecting genuinely and authentically with candidates. Offer constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Work with outside vendors/staffing companies when needing short term contract roles filled quickly. Trained incoming Sourcing Specialists that have joined our team. I currently work with a team of four recruiters and one sourcing specialist.
