   As Director, Expert in Residence, I serve as Raptor Technologies’ spokesperson and subject matter expert on student wellbeing, mental health, and suicide prevention. In this role, I position Raptor as a thought leader in school safety and student well-being while championing StudentSafe as a national best practice for supporting K–12 students.I lead thought-leadership initiatives through public speaking, industry advocacy, and publishing, while also partnering with schools and districts to help staff recognize and respond to low-level behaviors before they escalate. By collaborating with educators, professional associations, and policymakers, I work to advance effective practices that support both student safety and mental health.Additionally, I provide strategic input to guide the evolution of StudentSafe, ensuring it meets the real-world needs of schools. I develop training resources, engage advisory boards, and translate data and user feedback into actionable insights that drive product innovation and impact.
