Hi, I\'m Amy Bella Gonzalez, a Senior working on my Simultaneous Degree in Business Administration at Berkeley Haas School of Business and Landscape Architecture at UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design.I\'m a dedicated and motivated student, driven by a deep passion for both business and design. This academic year, I had the opportunity to found and lead a new Consulting Committee within UC Berkeley’s Latinx Business Student Association, focused on expanding access to hands-on consulting experience for Latinx students. I initiated the committee to create a structured pathway for members to engage directly with industry partners on real consulting projects across areas such as strategy, marketing, research, and operations. In parallel with client work, I designed and facilitated workshops and work sessions that introduced members to consulting fundamentals, including problem scoping, structured thinking, client communication, and professional deliverable development. Through guided team collaboration and mentorship, members were able to translate classroom knowledge into real-world application. Building this committee allowed me to bridge the gap between students and industry while strengthening my leadership, project management, and consulting skillset. It has been a rewarding experience creating an inclusive, professional learning environment, and I look forward to continuing to grow consulting opportunities within the LBSA community.
