Manage allocated incoming fleet sales quotations and orders, pricing and specification queries, and proactive recommendations where possible. Respond to all enquiries via telephone, email & system messaging capabilities with the aim of converting a quotation into an order. Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication Process enquiries appropriately on the procurement platform to enable future follow-up.Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our customer’s experience.
