   Provide corporate-level oversight for fourteen federally funded Job Corps contracts, ensuring full compliance with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, technical proposal commitments, and MTC policies. Job Corps centers are self-contained micro-communities that all operate under the same regulations; however, the delivery of student services and career technical training is unique to each center. Oversight of these complex organizational structures requires a professional mission-driven, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where the landscape changes rapidly. • Direct and participate in new contract transitions, transition out contracts, and asset management. Meanwhile, ensure student services are not interrupted. Executed change management strategy at new centers to include communication, training, and morale management.• Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure compliance with DOL and MTC regulations and policies, provide actionable corrective measures as needed.• Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance and operational effectiveness.
