ABOUT AMY THOMPSON
I’m an HR Professional with a passion for helping others succeed by building capabilities, promoting collaboration and connecting people to resources. I am known for my adaptability, organizational and interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to quality while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. As a life-long learner, I enjoy being challenged to grow my career and learn new skills. Having an extensive background in HR, benefits and leave administration, as well as prior occupational therapy patient care experience, I’ve developed a very strong service orientation and ability to empathize with others. Reflecting back on my career, I believe that “the people piece” of my education and life experience is really what brought me from the OT profession into a career in human resources and more recently into recruiting. My goal as a Recruiting Business Partner is to build a robust talent pipeline and foster strong relationships with MRA\'s members and candidates.
