   Potentia Coaches has a network of executive coaches ready to deploy whether two or two dozen coaches are needed. These strengths-based coaches have backgrounds in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, financial/banking, software, service industries, and education. They possess many specialties including but not limited to the following areas of expertise: leadership succession, fostering resiliency, transitions, agile and scrum, leading for women, and strengthening teams. While completing coach certifications, I met exceptionally talented coaches from around the world. I realized that I am uniquely qualified to support and promote coaching by helping organizations and individuals \"shift-up\" effectiveness, revenue, and human joy. My years of marketing experience serves me well in this space. I have also personally navigated the gamut of energizing and deflating organizational cultures, as well as, personal thoughts and actions. I came to the realization that effective coaching can change the world. Amy\'s CliftonStrengths are: 1. WOO - I love meeting new people and finding a common connection with them which one of my favorite ways to \"win others over.\" 2.
