Supply Planning/ Program Management – Machine Learning & Networking: o Manage a complex portfolio of commodities valued at $2 billion/year, including switches, ToR optics, machine learning optics, active optical cables (AOC), and Morlock components, to support dynamic hardware programs.o Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to validate future demand trends/ long-range forecasts and monitor WoW demand changes to ensure alignment with business needs.o Partner with the NPI team to support NPI ramps, manage upside demand, and drive prioritization, and allocation across new programs. o Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans; publish accurate forecasts to CM and key suppliers to support production continuity. o Collaborate with the RMM team to ensure readiness of subcomponent materials and clear-to-build alignment at CM sites; proactively communicate supply commit changes and mitigations, achieving a 5 months improvement in recovery timeline.o Partner with cross-functional teams—including GCM, GMO, and GMPM—to drive supplier capacity planning, identify constraints, and support expansion initiatives. Successfully onboarded a second-source contract manufacturer, increasing monthly supply capacity by units.o Coordinate with Inventory Management team to define and implement buffer strategies based on program usage and lead-time variability to mitigate supply risks.
