The journey that life takes you on seems to take you exactly where you need to go, whether you know it at the time or not. Growing up, I always wanted to be a lawyer, because I thought it was a good way of helping people. But once I got there, I quickly realized that private practice just wasn’t for me. 15 years later, I\'m a senior IT professional with over 10 years of industry experience working in contact centre and service delivery operations, with a passion for knowledge management, change management, customer success, and really good coffee! When I’m not working, I’m reading, hiking, spending time at our trailer with friends and family, being a hockey and a dog mom. and yes, drinking really good coffee.
