   At MARQ Labs, I play a pivotal role in managing global sourcing and purchasing while strengthening supplier relationships. My purchasing and sourcing focus is for competitively priced, sustainable, and low risk, raw materials and component needs for both our globally recognized brands and contract manufacturing production. Additionally, working with our planning team to coordinate all 3rd party manufacturing projects to ensure customer needs are meet on time and in full. My efforts in implementing continuous process improvements with the offshore customer service team and local warehousing teams have led to enhanced operational efficiency. My strategic buying experience has driven significant cost savings and coaching opportunities with our junior buying force.While working with our R&D lab team, I coordinate sourcing for new product development projects, contributing to the scaling of business opportunities. I work cross-functionally within both Marq Labs and our sister company, MiBelle Group, to ensure all business needs are met.
