Amy is a member of Kutak Rock\'s litigation department. She focuses her practice on mediation and alternate dispute resolution. She is the first female mediator from Nebraska to be invited to membership in the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and the first woman and second mediator from Nebraska to be invited to join the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. Amy is a member of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Nebraska, and also serves as a volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Nebraska State Bar Association. She is a past chair of the ADR Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association, and active in the Robert M. Spire American Inn of Court.
