ABOUT AMY VALENTINO

I am a highly accomplished, deeply driven, rhetorical expert with a successful track record in Human Resources, Executive Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Corporate Business Training. I am an extremely creative and result driven manager with an entrepreneurial passion for creating positive change, drive, and vision. I am career committed with a strong emphasis on accountability and professional excellence. I\'ve recently joined The Austin Powder Family, and I am overseeing the client relations and corporate training role for the National LLC division of the United States. I am extremely proud to be working for a company that is passionate about improving the quality of performance in existing organizations of varies sizes and spectrum\'s. In addition to being one of the FORTUNE 500\'s top growing organizations, Austin Powder prides themselves in being leaders in the field in explosives and mining since their introduction in 1833. Working directly with our business units (LLC), and leaders, I serve as a Training Specialist and expert in client relation and training for a wide variety of roles in the explosives industry. I provide a proven ability to create and implement improvements in safety in the work place with a combination of my past training experiences and my high level of education which includes my combined degree\'s in Conflict Management, Rhetorical Communications, and my Master\'s degree in Science Management. My emphasis includes creating positive change while retaining an existing level of high performance in the corporate world.I will continue to network with like-minded individuals who share a similar passion for their careers.
