   Milwaukee County’s Department of Administrative Services supports County operations by providing quality business support services throughout Milwaukee County - from Airport to Zoo. I am responsible for directing our drive to dismantle institutional racism and achieve the County’s strategic goal of creating the healthiest County in Wisconsin, which only happens when racism is eliminated. The Changemakers at Milwaukee County work to ensure race no longer predicts health outcomes. By doing so, outcomes for the entire community improve. This. Work. Is. Vital.Through our work at the Department of Administrative Services, we strive to create intentional inclusion by increasing the number of Milwaukee County contracts awarded to historically disenfranchised and women-owned businesses. The Department of Administrative Services bridges the real and perceived governmental service gaps to break down silos across Milwaukee County. We aim to maximize access to high-quality services while applying a racial equity lens to all decisions. We are also dedicated to investing in equity by enhancing the sustainability and fiscal health of the County. My role provides strategic direction to the dedicated staff members at the Department of Administrative Services, helping our team to do their best work to support the County as a whole. I also provide direct supervisory support to a talented and diverse team of Director-level employees in the Office of Economic Inclusion, Procurement, and Risk Management. Additionally, the Department of Administrative Services is responsible for the following departments: Architecture, Engineering & Environmental Services, Real Estate & Economic Development, Facilities Management, Environmental Sustainability, and the Central Business Office.
