I am a Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law and focus my practice on representing small, large, and market leader employers in the retail, logistics, and construction industries. I litigate employment cases in state and federal courts as well as advise employers on various issues including federal and state anti-discrimination statutes, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
