Monitor the business’s compliance with implemented standards and controls to ensure continued effectiveness.• Manage the Ethics & Compliance Department’s investigative function, including oversight of the employee hotline for reporting of ethics issues, investigating and managing cases, drafting investigation reports and making presentations to the North American Regional Compliance Committee, and working with business stakeholders to implement sanctions and changes to business processes that result from the Committee’s decisions.• Lead a team to undertake proactive compliance and investigative work. Train and nurture talent to ensure the strength of the function; performance manage and actively assist team members in identifying and achieving their professional goals.
