About Amy Sypher
My passion is for child welfare services at all levels. I have a knack for program development, compliance and staff training within the Non-Profit business model. I love working with children and families, or individuals to find stability in their homes and communities. Whether that is through direct service with them or through guiding a program in support those individuals. I strongly believe that we as society must invest in humans all around us. Not just within the social work field but all facets of daily life. Respect, collaboration, and lifting others up, strengthens everything we do. I am successful, appreciate and enjoy leading a team. I find fulfillment when I can help others find their passions, gain skills and make a difference in their positions throughout an organization.
