Ms. Spann is a professional engineer and certified hazardous materials manager with over 27 years of intensive auditing experience for hundreds of client sites. She specializes in regulatory compliance; air emission dispersion studies and permitting; Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) analysis; Title V emission inventories, permits, and compliance; storm water permitting and program management; wastewater permitting; hazardous waste/Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) management; Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know (EPCRA) assessments and reporting as part of Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) and Tier II programs; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans; risk management programs; and regulatory agency liaison.Ms. Spann serves as the Professional Engineer on the Air Pollution Control Board for the State of Tennessee and is the EnSafe service area lead for multimedia compliance auditing, having conducted hundreds of multimedia audits. She has served as project manager and lead auditor for multi-site domestic and international compliance audit projects.
