I thought I would include my bio here to show why I am now working at Veer; this is hopefully a bit more insightful than just saying what I do (since at a small company, you get to do it all!). Firstly, you should know that I am passionate about helping kids become curious, optimistic and confident individuals; I\'m also a strong believer in having FUN! My career path and family life have allowed me to activate this passion, with Veer being the culmination of my professional experience to date. Early in my career, I had the pleasure to manage a number of kids and family products at the Campbell Soup Company, including (among other things) SpaghettiOs, the Kids’ Soup business, and Pepperidge Farm Goldfish, where I helped bring the Goldfish characters to life in a manner that built optimism with kids. Next in my journey was my pivotal role as the Director of Strollers & Travel Systems at Graco that sealed my love of baby gear products and what they do for families. After working to build girls’ confidence at Goody Hair Products (a sister division of Graco), I ventured out to my first small company, Enviroscent, where I was the VP of Marketing and helped build the ScentSicles scented ornament business. The combination of kids’ products, baby gear experience and the excitement of a small company led me to jump on the Veer band wagon (pun intended) as soon as I heard about it. Along the way, I married a great guy and had two amazing kids, who are somehow already 9 and 11. I was educated at The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School, as well as by my family and countless peers and consumers over the years. I can’t wait to see what the road ahead holds next!
