I am a member of the firm\'s business, real estate development and banking law group.In my corporate and commercial practice, I advise and assist business clients throughout their company’s life cycle, from initial formation to the preparation of shareholder, partnership and commercial agreements, reorganizations, asset and share purchases and dissolutions.In my real estate development practice, I represent developers of subdivisions and strata properties, handling the initial preparation and filing of disclosure statements, encumbrances and plans through to the completion of the project and transfer of individual properties to their new owners.In my commercial lending practice I represent lenders in a wide array of loan transactions.
