I am a senior legal executive with a proven track record of guiding PE-backed and high-growth companies through transformational moments — from IPOs and take-private transactions to building scalable legal infrastructures that drive compliance, efficiency, and growth.At Outcomes, a PE-owned (Blackrock) pharmacy technology company, I advise the executive team and collaborate with the CLO to drive strategy on regulatory compliance, M&A, litigation and real estate, while leading a team of legal professionals. I’ve spearheaded automation across thousands of contracts, implemented the company’s first AI-driven contract review tool, and serve on the Artificial Intelligence Steering Committee to guide company-wide innovation. I also manage sensitive matters and direct high-value property sales aligned with corporate objectives.In my time at Convey Health Solutions, a PE-owned (TPG) healthcare technology company, I served on the senior executive team and built the company’s legal department from the ground up, establishing scalable policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. I directed both the legal and HR functions, advised the board and management on strategic and regulatory issues, and led the company through major transactions — including its IPO on the NYSE and subsequent take-private transition.
