   Expand the budding development and communications department by implementing best practices to set a foundation for future growth and expansion. Continuously secure resources, raise awareness, and foster support from various stakeholders and the community to ensure the well-being and care of the children served by the clinics. Attained our developmental goal two months ahead of the end of the fiscal year (July). This is also the first time CCRS has achieved this goal in the three years since setting it. Revamped the Adopt-A-Family program with an online application for sponsors and families, this led to the most successful year with 48 families and 136 children being sponsored for the holidays. Procured sponsorship for our Back-to-School event in July for 2023 and 2024. This allowed CCRS to expand the event and offer even more backpacks and school supplies. Increased employee giving by 20%. 1 in 4 employees now give to CCRS. Enrolled in the Jim Click Millions for Tucson raffle program for the first time, which led to CCRS receiving a $25k gift for our Audiology program. Gathered photos and content, wrote stories, and laid out the Annual Report to the Community. Finalist for the Class of 2024 SVP Tucson Fast Pitch program. Successfully raised $21k from the event and received another $20k private donation from the exposure. Refined our grant proposals and have been awarded over $150k in grants awards by new grantees in our current fiscal cycle.
